How to Install Black Myth: Wukong on Your PC/Laptop
Check if you meet the Black Myth: Wukong system requirements before you install it.

Step 1. Download Steam on your computer.
Search Black Myth: Wukong in your browser, and you'll see the game on Steam. Click on it and install Steam at the top. Finish the setup and launch it.
Step 2. Buy and install Black Myth: Wukong.
Click Black Myth: Wukong on the Steam home page and add the desired version to the cart.
View the cart and click "Continue to payment."

Fix Black Myth: Wukong Won't Open/Launch on the Computer
If you cannot launch your game or Black Myth: Wukong crashes, you can try and follow these steps:
Step 1. Restart your computer.
Step 2. Click the game and select the compatibility mode.
Step 3. Set the Windows power plan to "Power Saver" before starting the shade compilation, and switch it back to Balanced or High Performance once the process is complete.
Type hardware and sound in the Windows search box to open the control panel.
Step 4. Update system BIOS. Go to your system manufacturer website and choose the model number. Select the computer, operating system, and find the BIOS. Then download it.
Step 5. Verify your game files. Right-click your game and choose "Properties…" > "Installed Files" > "Verify integrity of game files."
Step 6. Install the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility tool and reduce the CPU core ratio to 54/53/52.
Step 7. Allow the game exe to run on your antivirus program if you are using a third-party antivirus.
Open settings > "Privacy & security" > "Windows Security" > "Virus & threat protection" > "Manage ransomware protection" > "Allow an app through Controlled folder access" > "Add an allowed app," then browse the installation folder and find the game exe and binaries folder. Now, go to Windows Defender Firewall and allow an app through Windows Firewall. Change settings and select the BlackMythWukong exe and binaries exe.
Step 8. Perform a clean installation of your graphics drive. Or roll back it.
Step 9. Run your game on a dedicated graphics card for both b1 exe and binaries exe.
Step 10. Unplug all external devices, disconnect multiple monitors and disable overlays, close all overclocking apps, and remove any undervolt.
Step 11. Install Visual C++ files.
